On Wednesday February 8, 2017, join me at Bodhi Yoga Studio, for a fun and interactive workshop where we will explore heart healthy foods and simple ways to incorporate them into your daily diet.
9 out of 10 Canadians have at least one of the risk factors associated with heart disease and stroke, such as obesity, smoking, high blood pressure, and inactivity. Thankfully, many of these risk factors can be reduced through lifestyle changes and changes in diets.
In this workshop, I will explore what foods promote heart health and help protect your heart, and provide simple suggestions and easy to follow recipes that will help you incorporate these foods and live a heart healthy life.
Heart healthy samples and recipes also provided.
