Individual Cooking Class

This service provides one-on-one cooking and nutrition coaching from the comfort of your own kitchen. We will begin with a 30 minute consultation where your needs and goals will be identified. Once your goals have been established, suitable recipes will be identified and I will help you prepare each dish using fresh, whole ingredients. You will also learn tips and tricks in the kitchen such as shopping for and storing food, meal planning, big batch cooking, and when to choose organic. Assistance and direction can also be provided in these areas:

 

  • vegetarian meals
  • eliminating intolerances
  • gluten or wheat-free foods
  • dairy-free foods
  • sugar reduced or sugar alternative

Individual Cooking Classes

2 Hour Cooking Class Includes:

  • initial telephone consultation and recipe identification
  • 2 hour in-home cooking class
  • preparation of 1-2 dishes depending on client goals
  • Recipe and shopping list provided

 

 

 

3 Hour Cooking Class Includes:

  • initial telephone consultation and recipe identification
  • 3 hour in-home cooking class
  • preparation of 2-3 dishes depending on client goals
  • Recipe and shopping list provided
  • Pantry/Kitchen Clean-up can also be included in the 3 hour session

 

 

Group Cooking Classes In Our Studio

 

  • come together with 2-4 friends for an enjoyable afternoon or evening of cooking, chatting and tasting
  • choose between a 2 or a 3 hour cooking session
  • Not only will you have the opportunity to sample the food, you will leave with 2-3 dishes to bring home to share with your family
  • recipes, tools and shopping lists provided
  • please note, group cooking classes can also be arranged privately in your home

All sessions include:

  • initial 30 minute telephone consultion with recipe identification
  • shopping lists and recipes
  • Information regarding shopping for and storing foods
  • Basic knife skills if needed
  • Recipes are customized to client/group needs and can be vegetarian, gluten free, wheat or dairy free and sugar reduced or free.
