Through this service, you be will be provided with nutritional guidance and support throughout your pregnancy. The sessions will focus on maintaining a healthy pregnancy through diet and supplementation where indicated. Topics covered include managing nausea, food safety and foods to avoid while pregnant, optimal nutrition through each trimester and while breast-feeding. Once baby arrives, the focus will shift to postpartum nutrition and the importance of feeding yourself during this busy transition to parenthood.   • initial telephone consultation to discuss your goals
  • 2 in-home cooking and/or nutrition consulting sessions focusing on feeding yourself through each trimester
  • 3 postpartum in- home cooking follow-up sessions focusing on topics such as postpartum nutrition, feeding yourself once baby arrives, weight loss, managing and planning meals, establishing mealtime routine.
